This packet "Do-As-I-Do" trick was a staple in Tom Craven's lectures, and because you need 18 Jokers for the props, Craven put the necessary cards together and sold them.     The trick comes in two different versions -- one with regular Jokers, and one with the Guarantee "extra" Joker.   This listing is for the GUARANTEE version.  (If you prefer having the regular Joker version, check our other listings, and you should find that version also).

JOKER-CARD-ABRA is similar to other small packet "Do-As-I-Do" tricks that have been available in the past, (like Trost's Kopy Kat).   But in Craven's version, he added to the number of cards in each packet, so the effect is even more impressive.   And using the Jokers for the climax allows for a cute tie-in with the patter presentation.

THE EFFECT:  Magi shows two facedown packets of ten cards each -- one with red backs and one with blue backs.   The spectator takes the red packet and the magi has the blue packet.  Magi shuffles his packet, asking the spectator to "do as I do".  Spectator does, shuffling her packet.  Magi cuts his packet, and spectator also cuts her packet.    Now the spectator and magi exchange the top card of their respective packets, placing the exchanged card on top of the other person's packet.   Magi cuts the spectator's red card into his blue packet, and she cuts his blue card into her red packet.   The magi proclaims:  "I guarantee that our two cards will match!"   The two packets are spread and the lone odd card in each packet is turned faceup, and the values match.   "I told you, it was guaranteed".   With that all the other 18 cards are turned up and seen to be the "Guarantee" Joker.

New-old dealer inventory,  brand new and unused, with printed instructions.
