TWISTED (Andrew Mayne) --
Andrew Mayne usually has some neat ways of thinking about magic, and Twisted is no exception. A bill is borrowed and signed by the spectator on both serial numbers (on the front of the bill). The bill is torn in two, and the two halves are restored, but one is facing the wrong way. The photo on the DVD case is exactly what the spectator sees. Both sides are shown, both signatures. Then the bill is torn again and restored correctly.
Unlike other mismade bill routines, in this one, the mismade aspect is not the effect, but an apparent mistake in the middle of a restoration trick. So it makes sense to restore the bill back to its correct state.
Mismade Bill cannot be handled by the spectator, but the handling is open and clean, so still very convincing.
Best online price I found today for this DVD was about $12.
Only one in stock, this one has been viewed, but is otherwise in excellent condition.
