Look at the photos of table of contents and/or page shots to get an idea of style and format.

Dave Forrest is a smart magician and creator -- he looks for practical methods with strong effect.  This is no exception.  There is a sort of convoluted method for choosing the number in this Any Card at Any Number, but it is convincing and does not really raise suspicion.
