If a routine combines ideas from Jerry Andrus, Paul Harris and Danny Korem, well...  you know it is going to have some wild and weird wonderfulness to it.    Omni Deck is the original solid plexi deck that climaxes an Ambitious Card effect.   

Magi shows the top card of the deck, and places it into the middle.  It rises to the top.  He repeats this a number of times.  Then he puts the card in his pocket, and yet it returns to the deck.  He places the deck under the spectators hand, removes the top (ambitious) card, and puts it in his pocket again.  When she looks to see if it has returned, the deck is no longer 52 playing cards, but a solid clear block of plexi.

This is an original Omni deck from the late 1980's or early 1990's -- made by Palmer Tilden, with attention to detail including exact sizing and corners, milled "card deck like" edges, high quality plexiglas, etc.

Palmer Magic still sells the Omni deck like this for $30.    Get one here for less.   This one is previously owned, but in excellent, like new condition.   You need to provide your own blue backed Bicycle deck card case and cards.
