CROOKED (Kevin Parker) --
This trick looks really good in the demo, and the method taught is also very good. That's the good news.
The bad news (if I want to call it that) is that the video is pretty crude, shot with a single camera (in someone's phone, I think), and Kevin Parker is not very articulate in his explanation. However, unlike his Descent DVD where he said "uh" and "um" about two hundred times, he has moved up to using "Okay" to punctuate every sentence. Okay? That said, he does explain the workings adequately. Okay? (just getting you used to it before viewing...)
The effect looks very good but does have some angle limitations -- it should be good for most performing situations, but may not work for party walk-around where you have little control of people behind and to the side.
You will need to spend about $8 for the necessary props (that are not included), but once you have them, this is an interesting piece of impromptu close-up mentalism to carry in your pockets.
Best online price I found today for this DVD was... well, I couldn't find it available anywhere else anymore, so you better get it here. Well worth the TMGS price.
Only one in stock, this one has been viewed, but is otherwise in excellent condition.
