Card supplied are scored for easy and accurate tearing. Fifteen cards supplied, so you can perform this 15 times if you decide not to keep it for your collection. I do not think refills are available anywhere, as item is almost 25 years old. But for 15 high paying clients, this is a really good routine.
Completely unused, opened carefully only to take the pictures. Envelope package is sealed, with slit on the end edge to remove the props.
