Not for the Birthday party show, but when you want something a little naughty for a close-up audience full of guys, Vic Pinto's old showgirl effect gets their attention.   Here is a really nicely made version of, with real leather wallet/holder for the card switch.    The switching holder is based on an idea from Roy Johnson. 

Simple effect:     After a card is selected, the magician introduces his lovely assistant, and shows a picture of a lingerie-clad beauty (facing away) holding up a card.  But the card is not the right one!  The card is removed and the other side is shown -- it shows the front of the lovely assistant and (of course) the back of the card.   In the end, when the photo is turned back over, the card she holds has changed to the selected card.

The wallet switch is not really that deceptive, but the guys watching this effect will not care, as they will be looking at the lingerie model. 

Very nicely made in Europe.   Hard to find this one now, but I found one in a large lat of ex-dealer inventory, so you can get it here, brand new and unused.
