This is a very cool item, based on a topological construction that I first came across in Magic Hands' Flick Flack tube.  This is basically the same item, but sized down and made of sturdy board instead of heavy plastic.  Oh yeah, it is also not as expensive as the Magic Hands item was!

The effect:  a flat square of decorated cardboard is shown and popped up into a 3-dimensional tube.  Cleanly displaying the inside of the tube, it is seen to be decorated on the inside with red stripes.  Magi takes a 9 inch red silk from his pocket, and puts it into the tube, which he then flattens as it was in the beginning.  Now when he pops the tube back to 3-D, a blue silk falls out, and for the finish, the stripes inside the tube are also blue!   Could go backwards and change silk and tube interior back to red if you like.

If you need to produce a couple of nine inch silks, you could also use this item to simply produce a couple of small silks.

Use your own silks -- as they are not included.   Very easy to do, and you will enjoy how deceptive it is when you are working with it!
