Nothing earth-shattering here, but a fun quickie for kids.  You show a magical picture card (about the size of a bridge size playing card -- see the picture with the card deck showing for scale).  The card depicts a magician standing over a cage with a tiger, and the card is turned facedown, then turned up again, and the cage now contains a lady, not a tiger.

You can go from tiger to lady or lady to tiger, as you prefer.  Then put the card in your pocket and show another miracle.  Cannot be examined but does provide somem quick puzzlement, and opportunity to talk about classic magic illusions, etc.

Easy to do, no switches.
