Mark Mason (of JB Magic) has come up with many very visual and baffling card effects, and Twenty-One (or as he calls it, 2wenty1) is probably one of the best.  It looks so clean and magical, you will have fun fooling yourself!   Check out a you-tube video of it and you will know what I mean.

You show a blackjack hand (one card facedown, one card faceup) and it is two nines.  You spin the cards and show them again, and they are now magically changed to two tens.  Nothing too amazing here for magicians, though laymen will be impressed.  Now to impress everyone, including very knowledgeable and experienced magicians, you slowly wave the cards and the faceup ten visibly changes to an ace.  The face down card is turned up and it is a facecard, giving you a blackjack.

The ace and facecard are seen full face and full back, with no unnatural handling, no worries about extra cards peeking out.    You get just two cards, one of which is ingeniously gimmicked to allow this killer effect to happen.

This should cost A LOT more.    Bicycle blue back poker cards.       NOTE: the suit of the Ace and value/suit of face card may be different from the photo.
