This one became an instant favorite of mine, right after I started practicing with it.  It is so easy, simple and yet, totally effective.  You show four cloth bags standing as covers over four clear tumblers.  (Use any ungimmicked tumblers that fit -- they are NOT included.)   Three spectators each choose any tumbler for themself, and that leaves one for the magi-mentalist.  The choises are completely free, and spectators can change their mind, or switch with you if they want.  When all the choices are in "final answer" status, the covers are lifted from the spectator's glasses, revealing a slip of paper in each glass.  The spectators can remove the papers themselves, to find they are fortunes or inspirattional sayings, or (if you are a mean magician) notes saying "YOU LOSE!"  (not a recommended approach!)   The mentalists glass is uncovered and a hundred dollar bill is in it.

Using this excellent set of props, you can cause any one to choose the winning glass, and your winning and losing items can be any paper note, paper money, playing card, etc.   The "losing" glasses can be empty is you desire and the money (or whatever) is only in the winning glass.  I personally have the three spectators find lottery tickets in their glass, but in my glass, I have already won, with the hundred dollar bill!
