This is a specially printed card with lip prints on the face.  It did not have any instructions, so I wrote up the routine that I perform with it -- we'll include those instructions with your card.

I do it like this:  a card is selected by the (female) spectator and shuffled into the blue backed deck.  Then four cards are shown, and the spectator confirms that her card is among the four.  I say I will look for marking on the back of the card, and slowly look at the blue backs of all four cards.  I admit I see no marks, but will find her card anyway  -- but first I need a kiss from her.  Before she leaves or slaps me, I clarify that she need only blow a kiss toward the five cards I hold.  When the cards are shown again, the selection has caught the kiss prints on its face.   For the extra applause cue and climactic finish, the back of her chosen card "blushes" turning from blue to red. 

That's my routine with this intruguing card, and it gets a great reaction.    But I'm sure you will find other ways to use it as well.  You can think of the way to use it that best suiits your personality and skill level with a deck of cards.    If you know the classic Chicago Opener routine, aka Red Hot Mama card trick, you will probably see how this special card could be adapted to add an extra punch to that great effect.
