Bruce Posgate's booklet has all kinds of ideas with the dove pan, beyond simply cooking some cookies or producing a dove.  Card castles, bead strands, jelly beans, happy birthday banners, etc.  Though he steps over the line when he puts the lid on his head and acts like a "chinese" magician.  

 Very good condition.  Pages are tight and unmarked.  Small bend at lower corner of the front cover, and some spotting and removed price sticker on the rear.

This book was re-printed by Micky Hades again in 1999, but this is a FIRST EDITION of this classic text.
