Beautiful apparatus and stunning effect.  

A borrowed coin is marked and wrapped in a piece of paper.  A gleaming brass pill box is removed from the magi's pocket, and placed on the table.   The paper packet is placed on top and touched with a lit cigarette or match.   The paper vanishes in a flash, taking the coin with it.   The spectator picks up the box, and pries the lid off.  Inside is another sealed box, which is pried apart to reveal another nested box inside.  This is opened, another box inside.  The magi re-iterates that he has not touched the boxes since the coin vanished, and the spectator opens this fourth box -- inside is his marked coin.  

Use your own flash paper for the vanish, or you can vanish the coin in many other ways.     Best when performed in a jacket because you will have necessary room in them for the box set and gimmick.  But box/gimmick could also be in your close-up case or other (out of audience view) location.
