The picture pretty much tells the story -- this is a big picture silk, showing a $100 bill.

The silk is about 36 inches long.   Good for productions, gags, or whatever you might think up -- the $100 bill image is always an attention getter.     

The last photo (where the printing looks backward) is the reverse side of the silk.  It is "one-sided" printing, so the back has the reversed image of the front, just in case you were wondering if it had the back of a $100 bill on the other side.  (It does not)
