This is a really clean assembly of four jacks into a leader packet -- a la McDonald's Aces, but with a completely different kind of gimmicked card involved.  So you will fool the laymen but also your fellow magi.  Each Jack vanishes in a different manner making the repetition (inherent in any assembly routine) less of a dramatic drag on the performance.  The routine is taught on a DVD and comes with no printed instructions -- a trend in magic that I personally dislike, but the instructional DVD in this case is thorough and gets the job done.  Also teaches another assembly routine you can do with your own normal ungimmicked deck for the times when someone says "do that one with the jacks" and your precious gimmicked cards are at home.  It's not as strong a routine, but to a laymen, they will probably mis-remember and think they saw the same trick that wowed them before.  David Solomon's years hanging out with Ed marlo show clearly in this well-routined effect!
